Yes. Every account starts on the Basic plan at no cost. You get a profile, event creation, search visibility, and trial uses of premium features — no credit card needed.

Once you have used your free trial allowance for a feature, you will need a Pro subscription to keep using it. Your existing content stays online; you simply cannot add more until you upgrade.

Absolutely. Upgrade to Pro at any time from your account settings. If you decide Pro is not for you, you can let the subscription lapse and revert to Basic.

Pro plans are billed once per year. Your subscription renews automatically on the anniversary of your sign-up date. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal.

Add-ons are optional extras available to Pro members. They cover services like live streaming, data entry, and website hosting. Each add-on has its own pricing and can be activated from your dashboard.

You can cancel your Pro subscription or any add-on at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
