BandstandHUB ("BSH", "we") connects fans, entertainers, venues and event services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we handle and how. We aim to collect as little as possible, hold it as briefly as makes sense, and never sell it.
Only with the parties needed to provide the service you asked for, e.g. when you message a venue, that venue's owner sees the message. We use third-party processors for payments (PayPal), email delivery, and (eventually) livestreaming; each receives only the minimum data needed. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
Tips flow directly to entertainers and venues via their own external handles (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App). BandstandHUB never touches the money — we only record that a tip happened.
Profiles + account data: kept while your account is active. Activity logs: 24 months. Billing records: 7 years (tax). Audit logs: 7 years (compliance). On account deletion we anonymize where we can keep nothing identifying you, and delete the rest, except records the law requires us to keep.
You can access, correct, or export your data; you can ask us to delete it. If GDPR or CCPA applies to you, those rights are honored on the same path. Email us at the address below.
