Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BandstandHUB ("BSH"). By using the service you agree to them.

1. Using BandstandHUB

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Accounts & roles

One person can hold multiple roles (Fan, Entertainer, Venue, Service). Each role has its own profile, settings, and (where applicable) subscription. You can switch active role at any time via the avatar dropdown.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (profile copy, photos, videos, audio). You grant BSH a non-exclusive license to host, cache, and display it as needed to run the service. Don't upload anything you don't have rights to.

4. Billing, refunds & tips

• Pro subscriptions are annual unless noted otherwise; renewal is automatic until you cancel.
• Refunds within 14 days of first purchase if you haven't used the entitlement; thereafter, no refunds.
• Add-ons run for the period you bought; cancel any time, runs to end of period.
• Tips go directly to the entertainer/venue via their own external payment handles. BSH never collects, holds, or routes tip money.

5. What's not allowed

• Harassment, doxing, hate speech, threats.
• Scraping, automated mass-messaging, fake accounts.
• Copyright infringement, trademark abuse, impersonation.
• Anything illegal where you or the recipient lives.

6. Liability

BSH is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime or that the service will be defect-free. We aren't a party to any booking, gig, or transaction between users — we connect them and provide the tools.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you via the dashboard or email when we do. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updates.
